- As a participant, you have the opportunity to cancel at any time. You can request a new matching under certain conditions and restrictions.
- If you want to complain about someone you have been matched with, contact us and we will help to improve and resolve the situation.
- If someone you have been matched with, against all odds, commits a criminal act against you, you must immediately report this to the police, and notify us so that we can take action. We also want to support you who have been affected.
- GNRSLY neither promises nor do we sell friendships. But we follow up the issue as it is of great interest to us to evaluate, learn and improve the methods that facilitate relationship building.
