Handling of personal data

RiLi Consulting and GNRSLY are two branches of the same company (enskild firma) covered by this  policy, hereinafter called Personal Data Controller (personuppgiftsansvarig). This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website, communicate with us, use our social media channels, participate in our activities and programs or do business with us.

Your personal data is only handled by us and partners running our IT-services. For these situations we have signed agreements with our service providers in order to protect access and use of your data. In line with EU law they become our Personal data assistant (personuppgiftsbiträde). There will also be instances when we need to share some of your data in order to ensure things like delveries to you by partners or their communication with you for the same purpose.

We use your data in accordance with EU law. Legal ground for the collection, storing and using of your data is always there and kept track of. The purposes for collecting your data are to maintain relevant communication with you, do business with you or to find a matching individual or family to you through GNRSLY. When these purposes are no longer met, we will erase your personal data. At the lastest, after 4 calendar years of no contact between us, we will consider your data old, and we will erase your personal data.

We will erase any data that might identify who you, or those you have provided data about, are. The remaining anonymous data will be kept for our internal learning and development purposes. What data do we collect?

Our Company collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (Name, address, email address, phone number, personal identification number or similar etc.)
  • Username when registering on our website.
  • Contact details of people you wish us to contact. We assume you have obtained the person’s consent to share personal data with us.
  • Personal data that you provide by participating in polls, surveys, activities and matching programmes or by using any channel or function we provide to contact us.
  • For the purpose of best possible matching we collect some sensitive personal data and ask for your clear concent including:
    • Gender, age, marital status, your children and their hobbies, passport country, education, languages, occupation, income level, worldview/religion, etc.

You directly provide our company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards, social media or via
  • Use or view our website or social media platforms via your browser’s

 

How will we use your data

We collect your data so that we can:

  • Process your order, create and manage your account, send invoice.
  • Manage our bookkeeping according to the law.
  • Offer you the best possible match based on the data you shared.
  • Stay in touch throughout the GNRSLY programme.
  • Engage in evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • If you agreed, participate in our development community.
  • Contact you with special offers on other products and services we think you might
  • Occasionally we will share your address or other relevant detail with service providers in order to ensure deliveries to you or to make it possible for them, as part of our programs or service, to connect with you.
  • When we processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

 

How do we store your data?

We store your encrypted  data on servers provided under GDPR contract with our service provider for web hosting LM ImproveIT AB. In order to handle your data securely:

  • data is encrypted in transit;
  • authentication procedures are implemented for users;
  • solutions for IT-security are implemented.

We will keep your personal data for 4 calendar years from last connection with you. Once this time period has expired, we will erase your data. Once erased there will nothing left that can be traced back to you. Exceptions from this would be when other laws require us to keep data for longer or shorter time, such as the Swedish accounting Act (bokföringslagen).

 

Marketing

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
